REGISTER AS A VENDOR
Click on Sign up, fill in the details and select account type as Seller.
Once you are logged in, go to your dashboard. Go to Products tab and click “Add new product”.
Fill in the information of your product(s).
Item Title – Give the product a name that clearly describes its content.
Item Details – Put a short description of the product.
More details on the Item – You can add further details about the shot.
Video Type – Select which type of product you are uploading (After Effects Project File, Apple Motion Template, Motion Graphics, Stock Footage, Cinema 4D Templates or Add Ons)
Video Cover Image – Upload a cover image for your video. The image size should not exceed 2mb.
Main Files – Compress your main download files and upload them in a zip folder. You can add more than one video product in the zip folder.
Video Preview – To avoid piracy or product theft, make sure you add a logo file to your video preview. The Mudart logo file to be added can be downloaded here.
Release Forms – Please download the release form, fill in your details and upload it for your buyer to fill.
Resolution – Please follow the standard format for filling in the resolution statistics.
File Size – Please input the size of source file in KB, MB or GB.
Alpha Channel – An alpha channel is an additional channel that defines areas of transparency in the clip or image. If you import a QuickTime movie or a still image from another application, or a file that’s been created by a 3D animation program, it may have an alpha channel in addition to its color channels. An alpha channel is a gray-scale channel where levels of white and black determine varying degrees of transparency applied to the color channels during compositing.
Looped Video – Please select if your video is looped.
Frame Rate – Select the frame rate at which the video was shot at.
Video Encoding – Please choose appropriate encoding info for your product.
Number of Clips – If there are more than one video in the main file folder, please add the total number of clips.
Total Clip Length – Please add the length of the clip or the total combined length of all clips, if there is more than one. Kindly follow standard format (mm:ss). For eg, for a two minute fifteen second long clip, write 02:15.
Individual Clip Length – For products with more than one clip, add individual clip lengths in minutes and seconds. Separate with commas and spaces. (for eg, 29:10, 05:50, 00:10)
Source Audio – Specify if the product carries audio that was captured at the time it was shot.
Color/Setting/Pace/Composition/Movement – Please choose appropriate info for your product from the drop down menu.
No. of People/Gender/Age/Ethnicity – If your video product features people, please input info, specific to your product.
Tags – Please make sure you add keywords pertaining to features, usage, and styling so it can get automatically featured under the tags mentioned on the front page.
Price ($) – Please input cost price to your video product(s) that you wish to gain from each sale. The final selling amount will be inclusive of website maintenance fee, licensing fee (personal or commercial) and taxes as liable to be paid by Mudart.
Leave message for reviewer – If you have any special requests or queries for Mudart team, please include them here. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
Up sells – Up sells are products which you recommend instead of the currently viewed product, for example, products that are more profitable or better quality or more expensive.
Cross sells – Cross sells are products which you promote in the cart, based on the current product.
You can create discount or promotional coupons for your clients under the “Coupons” tab.

Under General Settings, you can customize and input your store details such as name of store, contact email etc that can be visible on the website.
You can create a custom profile and attract customers to your store.
Connect your social accounts with your store profile. (Facebook, Google plus, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Items Support Settings
It allows you to customize the support system you wish to provide your client base. The default setting is ‘Not Supported’. You can change the setting to a model convenient to you. The client may connect with you for support through
- Item comments
- External URL to your forum
- Email Contact Form
You may also choose the response time (number of business days) within which you shall revert to the customer query.
Items Support Vacations
You can specify the dates when you will not be available for item support.
You can raise a withdrawal ticket once your balance exceeds the limit. Your withdrawal ticket will be processed within two-three working days. You may then withdraw funds through your Paypal account or directly to your bank account.
